'22 years of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai': Karan Johar, Kajol recall iconic moments from film

October 16 holds a special place in filmmaker-producer Karan Johar's life. It was on this day that Johar's debut film as a director 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' released twenty-two years ago. 

Marking this special day, Karan recently took to his social media handle to share a video of the film's lead actors Kajol, Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerjee from different interviews conducted during back then, recalling their best moments from the iconic movie. 

Johar captioned the post, "#22yearsofKKHH.....memories of a lifetime ...eternally grateful for all the love (sic)."

The short clip also featured scenes from the flick and Shah Rukh's iconic dialogue -- 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, tum nahi samjhogi'.

Next, we see Kajol recollecting her best memories from the film. She says that getting to work with Shah Rukh in the movie was the best thing she can think of. Kajol adds she had a great time shooting with SRK. 

Finally, Rani is seeing looking back on a scene from the film where SRK's character Rahul tries to rag Tina, played by the actress, who has returned from London and has recently joined college. In the scene Rahul tells Tina to sing a song in Hindi assuming she will fail at it.

Meanwhile, Kajol too marked the special day with a series of posts on her Instagram handle. She put up three posts with that featured a cartoon-version of SRK's and her characters from the film 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' namely Rahul and Anjali with their iconic dialogues as a voice-over.
