2019: Bollywood books release dates in advance

Ajay Devgn is against announcing a release date for a film even before it goes on the floor. But most top actors have already booked all the big festive weekends for 2018. And now they have started locking releases for 2019.

After the YRF announcement about the Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff film for Republic Day in 2019, Karan Johar has booked Holi 2019 for Akshay Kumar-starrer Kesari and Independence Day 2019  for Brahmastra.

The Rakesh Sharma biopic starring Aamir Khan will mostly hit screens on Christmas 2019 whereas Salman Khan will take up his usual Eid slot.

Shah Rukh Khan has not announced anything apart from the Aanand L Rai film but he will also most likely take up his favourite Diwali slot, unless Ajay Devgn who has around a dozen films in hand, decides to release one on the same date. Mind boggling isn’t it?
