The budget of a big-fat Bollywood wedding overseas is said to be Rs 12 crores!

One hears that the bride, who is related to an industrialist and the groom, who is from a film family will have nearly 700 people attending the functions. The guests are mostly famous folk from films, the fashion industry and of course filthy-rich socialites. Mind you, the venue is a palace, no less.

The band, baaja, baarat routine is spread over four days. And a guest attending said, “The arrangements are awesome. Only wish the groom was a successful actor.’’
