'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' gets thumbs up from Malaika Arora

Karan Johar's show 'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' has been in news ever since filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar accused that Johar stole his title. Bhandarkar had even shared proof that he owned rights to the title, and then Johar wrote an apology to Madhur, after which the show released without any change.

Malaika Arora, an ex-Bollywood wife, was one of the first people to catch up on the show. Even before the show started, Malaika gave 'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' three thumbs up.

"Feels like a first day first show, followed by thumbs up emoji. Earlier, she had turned a cheerleader for the show as she shared a poster of it on her photo-sharing app, writing, “Woooohooo," she shared along with a still from the first episode of the show.

Malaika has an indirect connection to the show. Her boyfriend Arjun Kapoor's aunt Maheep Kapoor, who is married to actor-producer Sanjay Kapoor, is one of the leading ladies on 'Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives'.

Co-incidentally Seema Khan, who is married to Sohail Khan, is also part of the show. Sohail is Malaika's ex-husband Arbaaz Khan's brother. Seema is on cordial terms with Malaika despite the painful parting between Arora and Khan.

'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' also features Bhavana Pandey (wife of Chunky Panday) and Neelam Kothari Soni (wife of Samir Soni). The series gives a glimpse about the glitz and glamour world which they enjoy while juggling between the personal and professional lives.

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were also seen making a cameo appearance on the show. 'The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' released on Netflix at 12 am on November 28.
