Nights of darkness

The subway at Raj Bhavan road wears a deserted look. Says Amit, who uses the subway sometimes, “It is a waste having a subway here as there is a traffic signal just a few metres ahead near the Chalukya circle and people don’t see any reason to use it. I feel the authorities must have filled their pockets by making this subway. How can people use it when there is no power inside?”
