In the May raid, the CCB police arrested 19 persons, including customers. The main accused, Madhuri Hingorani, 46, who owned the spa, was in London and she got anticipatory bail. But she was arrested in Tuesday’s raid.

The police found that the rates for sexual services had been reduced after their first raid, conducted in May.
