Not one to miss an opportunity in claiming the status of its excellence in the IT sector, the state government does not have the same enthusiasm in living up to the tag while managing its own official website.

It has been five days since Jagadish Shettar took over as the chief minister. However those who visit the official website of Karnataka Legislative Assembly, Kla.kar.nic.in are being misled on the basic information on the people who are at the helm of affairs.

The website still mentions DV Sadananda Gowda as chief minister and has no mention about KS Eshwarappa, who is now deputy chief minister. The list of ministers too has not been updated.

Though the BJP’s official website bjpkarnataka.org has presented photographs of all members of the new ministry, it has no mention about the change of guard in the state.
