"I did not build the compound wall that killed Sanjana," said Congress corporator G Muniratna, during the BBMP budget session on Saturday.
He said that he had come up in life the hard way and swore on his parents he did not build the wall on Bellary Road that collapsed on and killed 17-year-old Sanjana Singh on June 1.
"I swear on my parents that I did not build the compound wall," he said while his colleagues from the Congress party stopped him from raking up the issue any further.
