President Ram Nath Kovind to visit Gujarat on 15th December, PM Narendra Modi on 22nd

The state government, through a press communique, conveyed that President's visit is scheduled on the death anniversary of Sardar Patel.

The president Ram Nath Kovind and PM Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat this month. On December 15, the president is going to lay the foundation stone for the upcoming Kevadiya railway station near the site of the Statue of Unity. Whereas, the PM Narendra Modi will be visiting Gujarat on December 22 to address the national convention of women cadres of BJP.

BJP spokesperson Bharat Pandya informed, "The PM will reach Trimandir campus in the afternoon where he will give a motivational speech to the women leaders and workers of BJP coming from across the nation. This convention is the preparation for the Lok Sabha polls falling next year. Our state leaders are also going to meet PM in New Delhi on Friday and will seek his guidance for this programme."
