Pin distribution at all law colleges offering five year integrated law programme and affiliated to Gujarat University will commence from May 21 and will be available till June 14. The online registration will begin from June 1.
Officials from Gujarat University said, "For the academic year 2018-19, the University is offering six law colleges with a total of 660 seats for the integrated law programme. The admissions will be done on merit basis, ie. Depending on the marks obtained by the students in their Class 12 board examinations. The students can access the information booklet providing detailed information on the admission process for the course on the official Gujarat University website."
This year, the university has also organised free counselling sessions at different institutes. Speaking on the same, an official said, "For the past few years, there has been a surge in the number of students opting for the five years integrated LLB programme. To apprise freshers about the law programme offered by the University, availability of seats, procedure to submit online application, syllabus, practical training, future prospects, and employment opportunities, we have organised the free counselling sessions."
On May 28, the admission counselling will be held at GLS law college, and on May 30, at Khyati Institute of Law. On June 1, it will be held at LJ school of Law, and on June 4, at University School of Law. The last session will be held at GLS Law College on June 6.
