KNOW YOUR MLA: Ellisbridge soon to be clear of traffic woes, says Rakesh Shah

Ellisbridge MLA Rakesh Shah has always said his priority is to make his constituency free of traffic snarls. Shah takes a jan sampark every Sunday in his constituency to keep touch with his voters.

"The areas that fall under my constituency sees a lot of traffic problems. If need be, we will build more underbridges and overbridges to ease the problem," said Shah. He said the constituency has its roads, gutters and water systems in place. "So, I don't think we need to concentrate much on them," said Shah.

He said some of the demands that have come from voters include construction of more parks and areas for senior citizens to mingle with and interact. "We will look at building more parks and open areas for senior citizens and children," said Shah. He said they are also looking at creating multi-level parking places in the Navrangpura area," said Shah.
