GUJCET exam date changed, to be held on April 23

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) will conduct the GUJCET 2019 on April 23, which was earlier scheduled to be held on April 4. In the past few days, this is the second time that the exam date has been changed, mainly because the board time-table declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The GSHSEB had first announced the exam to be conducted on March 30 with an idea to wrap up the exams soon. However, the same was changed to April 4. In a notification issued by the board, it was stated that due to CBSE board exams, GUJCET will now be held on April 23. 

GUJCET is a state level entrance test which is administered by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB). Candidates can appear after clearing Class 12 for admission to engineering and degree, diploma pharmacy courses in government, grant-in-aid and self-financed institutes of Gujarat.
