Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address public rallies in Gujarat on November 27 and 29. The PM will address eight rallies in Saurashtra, Kutch and South Gujarat regions where polls will be held in the first phase on December 9. BJP's national general secretary and Gujarat BJP in-charge Bhupendra Yadav released the information in a press conference at BJP media centre on Thursday.

On November 27, PM will address rallies at Bhuj in Kutch at 11 am, in Jasdan of Rajkot district at 1:30 pm, in Dhari of Amreli district at 3 pm and in Kamrej of Surat city at 5:15 pm. On November 29, he will address the voters in Morbi at 11 am, in Prachi village near Somanth at 1:30 pm, in Palitana of Bhavnagar district at 3:30 pm and in Navsari city at 5:30 pm. The rallies have been designed in the pattern of carpet bombing leaving no place left in poll-bound area under the first phase.

Yadav said, "The focus in these all rallies will be over hierarchy versus development, nepotism versus progress and casteism versus growth. BJP has kept good governance and development in the centre point of our agenda for polls. Service to the poor has always been our priority."

"Congress has been making fun of common people in Gujarat in the name of Vikas. They have challenged the strength and power of common people in these polls and the voters will give them an apt answer."

‘Mann ki Baat...’ on November 26

Besides the public rallies of the Prime Minister, the party is going to hold a programme titled, “Mann ki Baat, Chai ke Saath” on November 26. All the BJP leaders and workers of the party will visit 50,128 booths and interact with people overtea.

Star campaigners of the party, including national president Amit Shah, union ministers Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley, and Nitin Gadkari, CMs of BJP-ruled states as wellas local leaders will address rallies on November 26.

MODI’S SCHEDULE

  • On November 27, PM will address rallies at Bhuj, Jasdan, Dhari and in Kamrej.
     
  • On November 29, Modi will hold rallies at Morbi, Prachi, Palitana and Navsari.
