According to fire officers, the blaze broke out in the data entry office on the third floor of the complex.

A fire broke out at Vivan-3 complex, opposite Navrangpura police station, at around 9.20am on Saturday. No casualty was reported. Five firefighting vehicles were rushed to douse the fire.
According to fire officers, the blaze broke out in the data entry office on the third floor of the complex.
A passer-by, who saw smoke, informed the Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Service (AFES).
The blaze could be tackled after an hour’s fight.
According to primary investigation, a short circuit at the cables of the data entry office led the fire.
Another incident took place at Tragad village, near Chandkheda. A Hiramani School bus caught fire while kids were travelling in it. The incident took place at around 1.15pm near Tragad.
The driver swiftly reacted and stopped the bus and evacuated the kids when he noticed smoke billowing out of the engine. A report was filed with AFES department was called.
