7,000 Gujarat Common Entrance Test aspirants yet to collect admit cards

With three days to go for Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET), the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board on Monday issued a circular stating that nearly 7,000 candidates have not yet downloaded their admit card. The board, in its circular, has urged the aspirants to download their admit cards at the earliest.

GUJCET is a state-level entrance test that gives class 12 students entry into engineering and degree, diploma pharmacy courses in government, grant-in-aid and self-financed institutes of Gujarat. This year, the date of the entrance exam has been changed a number of times. The earlier change in the GUJCET schedule from March 30 to April 4 was announced by the GSHSEB on January 10. The dates were again changed to April 23 due to CBSE exams clash. The dates were then changed due to election dates in Gujarat and now, will be held on April 26.
