Students from various colleges in Jammu today boycotted their classes and demonstrated against the failure of the government to appoint a vice-chancellor of the Central University in Jammu.
Students boycotted classes in Science college, MAM College, Womens' college, Jammu University and helddemonstrations there.
The students led Jammu Joint Students Front (JJSF) raised anti-government slogans and also stopped traffic for a brief period.
