A sum of Rs12.30 crore per polytechnic would be provided by the Centre whereas the land and development charges would be borne by the State government.

Out of Rs12.30 crore, Rs8 crore would be spent on civil works and Rs4.30 crore would be spent on equipment, machinery, furniture, transport and learning resource material.
