Here’s a piece of good news for those appearing for the online Common Admission Test (CAT) 2009. The test deadline will be extended beyond December 8 to accommodate those students who missed out in the first round due to computer and server glitches. The new date will be announced soon. This announcement was made by Prometric on the CAT website on Monday.
The test was initially extended by a day for aspirants who were turned away by the CAT authorities due to system errors. “A date will be announced in about a fortnight to provide an opportunity to all such candidates to write the test.” Prometric said in a statement.
