TY BCom results to be announced on June 7

Despite unending controversies surrounding the exam season this year, the University of Mumbai is gearing up to declare TY BCom results on June 7, two weeks after the stipulated 45-day time period, as per rules.

“We are just finalising the final year BCom results, and they will be declared on June7,” said a top official from the university. This year, 85,500 students took the TY BCom exam, the largest number for the varsity.

Earlier, varsity officials had claimed that they would declare the results on May31, which didn’t happen. Students are, however, skeptical about the June7 result declaration date as well.

They are also worried about the quality of evaluation this year, as over 2,000 unapproved University teachers were on 50-day long strike.
