Flexibility – Once a month for 18 months, executives will spend a long weekend Thursday to Sunday at IIT Bombay studying a specific subject—no interruption and no discontinuation.
Real-time Application of Concepts—Executives are expected to apply the concepts that the learn over the weekend, the minute they walk into their workplaces on Monday. Consequently their learning is meant to have immediate impact and they won't have to wait till the end of their course to know its worth.
400 Hours of Experience – With 27 recruits in the first batch, with an average age of 40 and over 16 years of works experience each, we'll looking at about 400 hours of experience being put to work in the interactive and engaging "active learning process of the classroom format and small study groups that have been strategically put together".
