Time is more important than any other entity in life if one has set his/her sights on achieving a goal. Time management and time investment are more of an attitude: I have seen people reach levels of self-actualisation because they have managed their time well. It is a requirement that should be consciously developed as it will help make anything easily achievable.

Utilise time in college judiciously and upgrade skills and knowledge for faster success. During this period one must learn people and time skills to excel and achieve higher marks in life.

Time can be saved if everyday activities are restricted. While doing daily activities, make it a point to keep a tab on the time spent on each. It will help one to get into the habit in no time. Soon enough, he/she will involuntarily finish the activity within the time limit followed previously.

One must spend quality time on activites that will  aide in developing his/her skills and strengths. Daily practice improves the quality of the activity too. All of the following activities give a focused approach: Solving case studies, reading as much as possible, updating facts and figures in business, studying the profile of a business leader and an organisation every day, developing as many skills as possible to keep a job, developing intra-preneurial and entrepreneurial skills. It is necessary to develop an understanding of life and work for every business.

Multi-dexterity is the need of the hour. Recession is the time to learn things that will give a candidate the necessary edge over the others. Physical strength, intelligence/ skill/ knowledge quotient can be improved at times like these.

Management students must opt for dual degrees to enhance their employability. During an economic down turn, everyone must be able to travel in local modes of commutation. Students too must begin efforts to cut costs. It offers more insight on people. There is every opportunity to generate fantastic ideas as one gets accustomed with the local business, life, and culture.

Make  an attempt to know the needs of the present world and grab the skills that make you fit to live, without sacrificing your honesty, uprightness and self-esteem.
